Interested teams must begin the application process by registering through the Challenge Portal (”Action Entry”) no later than 07 March at 10 am GMT. This initial registration is a crucial first step in participating in the challenge.
Following the registration, teams will enter the next phase where they must thoroughly complete and submit the comprehensive Progress Report, a KPI Sheet and optionally record a 2-minute Project Pitch Video. This important documentation is due by 5 May at 10 am GMT and should detail the team's project plans and progress to date. The Progress Report will inter alia ask for information about:

The evaluation process begins with Level 1 evaluation, during which a carefully selected international jury of experts will conduct a detailed review of all submitted documents. As part of this process, the jury will provide valuable constructive feedback to help teams enhance their projects.
Following the evaluation period, the TOP 3 teams will be publicly announced on Tuesday, 20 May 2025, and are invited to Enactus Germany’s Expo in Berlin.
The outstanding finalists will receive an exclusive invitation to participate in the final competition, where they will compete for a grand prize of EUR 10,000 at Enactus Germany's prestigious National Competition, scheduled for 27 June 2025 in Berlin. To ensure equal participation opportunities, each finalist team will be provided with EUR 1,000 to cover their travel expenses and accommodation. They also need to submit their final presentations including KPIs by Monday, 23 June at 10 AM GMT.
Successful applicants will be awarded comprehensive project funding designed to support both their initial implementation phase and subsequent impact scaling efforts.
