“DE” Tabs | Notion

Alle Tabs, die mit “DE” beginnen, sind deutschlandweit für alle Enactus Teams sichtbar. Im Einzelnen:

“DE Getting Started” ist die Willkommensseite mit wichtigen, allgemeinen Infos.
“DE How To” zeigt nützliche Infos zur Orientierung und zum Umgang mit der Teamverwaltung.
“DE View Team Leaders” zeigt die aktuellen Teamvorstände. Es wird immer nur ein Eintrag pro Team angezeigt.
“DE View Team Details” zeigt die Vereinsdaten der anderen Enactus Teams, einschließlich Anschrift und verschiedener E-Mailverteiler.
“DE Community Form” ist eine externe Verlinkung. Personen, die sich über das verlinkte Formular registrieren und das Einverständnis geben, dass ihre Daten mit relevanten Enactus Teams geteilt werden dürfen, werden in Eurem Tab “Shared Contacts” angezeigt.
“DE … Registrations” bietet eine Übersicht der aktuellen Anmeldungen zu einem Enactus Event. So könnt Ihr jederzeit sehen, wer sich bereits über das offizielle Event-Anmeldeformular angemeldet hat und nachsteuern, falls noch jemand fehlt. </aside>

All tabs that begin with “DE” are visible nationwide to all Enactus teams. Specifically:

“DE Getting Started” is the welcome page with important general information.
“DE How To” provides useful information for orientation and guidance on how to use the team management system.
“DE View Team Leaders” displays the current team boards. Only one entry per team is shown.
“DE View Team Details” shows the association details of other Enactus teams, including their address and various email distribution lists.
“DE Community Form” is an external link. Individuals who register via the linked form and give their consent to share their data with relevant Enactus teams will appear in your “Shared Contacts” tab.
“DE … Registrations” provides an overview of current registrations for an Enactus event. This allows you to see at any time who has already registered through the official event registration form and follow up if someone is still missing. </aside>
