[DE] Allgemeine Informationen

Über “[email protected]”

Jedes Team erhält ein zentrales Zugriffskonto ([email protected]). teamverwaltung@ ist eine Google Group, der die für die Teamverwaltung verantwortlichen Personen als Manager hinzugefügt werden. Inhaber bleibt Enactus Germany.

Euer Teamverwaltungs-Konto auf seatable.com

• Zugriff auf Eure spezifische Teamverwaltung über:
  • https://seatable.com → Login → “Apps” → “Apps, die ich verwenden kann” > DE Enactus Teams
  • URL der geöffneten Teamverwaltung einfach ⭐ als Lesezeichen speichern, um direkt dorthin zu gelangen.
• Die E-Mailadresse Eures Teamverwaltungs-Kontos ist nicht änderbar.
• Die Zugangsdaten sollen im Zuge des Vorstandswechsels weitergegeben werden.
• Passwort futsch? Ein Reset ist jederzeit durch Klick auf “Passwort vergessen” auf der SeaTable-Login-Seite möglich. Es wird automatisch eine E-Mail an teamverwaltung@ gesendet.

Browser & technische Hinweise

SeaTable funktioniert am zuverlässigsten in Chrome; einzelne Nutzer:innen berichteten von Darstellungsproblemen in Firefox und Safari.

Login-Aktivität & Aktualisierung der Nutzeraktivität

• Farbcodierungen zeigen Aktivität (🟢 “Active”, 🟡 “Inactive”, 🔴 “Marked for Deletion”).
• Letzte Nutzeraktivität wird über periodische Workspace‑Exporte aktualisiert (nicht Echtzeit!).

Google Chat Updates

• Um zugriffsberechtigte Personen über Änderungen in der Teamverwaltung auf dem Laufenden zu halten, gibt es einen Google Chat Gruppenbereich mit Namen “📂 DE_Updates Teamverwaltung”. Dort postet Enactus Germany ab und zu über Anpassungen.

Eure Teamverwaltung als mobile App nutzen

SeaTable als externer Plattformbetreiber bietet zwar keine App im AppStore, allerdings könnt Ihr eine Verknüpfung der URL Eurer Teamverwaltung einfach als Lesezeichen speichern, wie hier bereits beschrieben.

Each team receives a central access account ([email protected]).

teamverwaltung@ is a Google Group, and the people responsible for team administration are added as managers.

Your Team Management Account on seatable.com

• Access your specific team management area via:
  • https://seatable.com → Login → “Apps” → “Apps I can use” → DE Enactus Teams
  • Simply ⭐ bookmark the URL of the opened team management page to access it directly.
• The email address of your team management account cannot be changed.
• Login credentials should be handed over during the board transition.
• Lost the password? A reset is always possible by clicking “Forgot password” on the SeaTable login page. An email will automatically be sent to teamverwaltung@.

Browser & Technical Notes

SeaTable works most reliably in Chrome; some users have reported display issues in Firefox and Safari.

Login Activity & User Activity Updates

• Color codes indicate activity (🟢 “Active”, 🟡 “Inactive”, 🔴 “Marked for Deletion”).
• Last user activity is updated through periodic workspace exports (not in real time!).

Google Chat Updates

• To keep authorized team members updated about changes in the team management system, there is a Google Chat space called “📂 DE_Updates Teamverwaltung.” Enactus Germany occasionally posts updates there.

Using Your Team Management as a Mobile App

SeaTable, as an external platform provider, does not offer an app in the App Store, but you can save a shortcut to the URL of your team management page as a bookmark — as already described here.
